Cube analysed the survey data and prepared a report that detailed not only the cost to restore the hotel but a further one that provided indicative costs for a possible reconfiguration of the building. Cube provided design sketches and advice as to approaches for securing outline planning permission.
The outcome saw Lodgewood renegotiate the asking price with the vendor and achieve considerable savings from the original asking price.
Cube are currently preparing to meet the local planning authority to discuss development options.
